Woods One – TT20001:

This Unloading System utilizes a Hydraulic Conveyor System to unload 4 inch and smaller materials through a 25 ton hopper. This conveyor system operates at variable speeds up to 1200 tons per hour. A Komatsu PC 650 LC-8 Material Handler (2012 model) equipped with a 4.0 cubic yard re-handling bucket and a Young 55’ foot front feeds a 140’long by 42” wide fully adjustable radial stacking conveyor system. This system is capable of stockpiling material to a height of 50’ feet. This equipment is mounted on a 200’L x 45’W x 9’6”H Spud Barge that is equipped with two 30”x 45’foot square spuds, a hydraulic system that operates two spud winches that raise and lower spuds, also equipped with a 35’ long x 12’wide truck ramp for use when loading cargo direct into trucks.

TT 12005 Spud Barge Unloading System:

This Unloading System consists of a 120’L x 40’ W x 8’H spud barge equipped with two 20” x 40’ foot long spuds, a hydraulic spud winch system and one set of 35’ long x 12’ wide truck ramps, a (2006 Model) LX 600 Link Belt Material Handler equipped with a 3.0 cubic yard re-handler bucket and a Young 55’reach front.

TT11001 is a spud barge that was built in 2005. Barge is 110’L x 48’W x 6’H with four round spud wells and two 60’ spuds. Internal structure is designed to hold heavy lift crane.

TT12002 – TT12003 – TT12004 – TT12005 are 2007 / 2008 model 120’L x 40’W x 8’H spud/crane barges. These barges are equipped with two 24”x 24” square spud wells with two 20” x 40′ foot square spuds. A two drum hydraulic winch system to raise and lower both spuds. Barges are suitable for deck loads of 3000 lbs per square foot prior to utilizing barge matting.

TT12007 is a 2009 model 120’L x 50’W x 7’H spud/crane barge. This barge is equipped with four 24”x 24” square spud wells with two 20”x forty foot square spuds and a two drum hydraulic winch system to raise and lower both spuds.

TT15001 is a former single skin tank barge that was separated into two spud/crane barges in 2001. This barge is 150’L x 52.5’W x 12′ H. The barge has two round spud wells located mid-body with two 52’ spuds. There is an internal structure on barge stern area designed to hold 5000 pounds per square foot of deck load

TT12008 and TT12009 are late model 120’L x 30’W x 7’H spud/crane barges with two 16”x 40’foot square spuds. Barges are furnished with a hydraulic winch system to raise and lower both spuds. This system is a compact unit with safety features that protect the system operator.

TT14001 is a late model 140’L x 40’W x 7’H spud/ crane barge. Barge is equipped with two 16”x 40’ square spuds. Barge is furnished with a hydraulic winch system to raise and lower both spuds. This system is a compact unit with safety features that protect the system operator.

TT12006 is a spud/crane barge that is 120’L x 35’W x 7’H. Barge is suitable for the onboard operation of a small excavator or crane. Barge is equipped with two 18″x 52’ square spuds and a two drum hydraulic winch system to raise and lower both spuds
